Description
Biology Honors is a comprehensive course designed to strengthen students’ knowledge of key biological concepts. Students will explore the roles and differences between plant and animal cells, study the functions of organ systems, and learn how DNA and chromosomes contribute to the inheritance of traits. The course also covers the classification and biological processes of living organisms, evolutionary mechanisms, and how environmental factors influence species. In addition, students will examine the conservation of energy within ecosystems and the interdependence of different ecosystems.
